  • Full Body Strength

    INTERMEDIATE | 30-minute full-body strength workout that combines multiple muscle groups for the most effective calorie burn and toning routine. You'll perform 6 exercises for 45 seconds each, for a total of 3 rounds. Equipment needed: mat and dumbbells.

  • Abs & Core

    INTERMEDIATE | 30-minute abs and core workout designed to target your "six pack," obliques, and love handle area. You'll perform 5 exercises for 45 seconds each, for a total of 3 rounds. Equipment needed: mat

  • Lower Body Burn

    INTERMEDIATE | 30-minute lower body workout targeting booty, hamstrings, and thighs. You'll perform 5 exercises for 45 seconds each, for a total of 3 rounds. By the 3rd round, you'll definitely feel the burn!
    Equipment: heavy dumbbells

  • Upper Body Sculpt

    INTERMEDIATE | 30-minute upper body workout that targets your shoulders back, biceps, triceps, chest, and core. You'll perform 6 exercises, 45 seconds each, for a total of 3 rounds. Equipment needed: mat and light dumbbells

  • Total Body Tone

    INTERMEDIATE | 30-minute total body workout that targets your thighs, booty, shoulders, core, and more. You'll perform 6 exercises, 45 seconds each, for a total of 3 rounds. Equipment needed: mat and dumbbells
