Power is a 4-week intermediate workout plan that focuses on total body strength training. You’ll be using many different muscle groups all at the same time which maximize core strength and calorie burn in just 40 minutes. If you’re looking to improve your overall strength, this is the perfect plan for you. You’ll need a set of dumbbells (or canned goods) and a mat.
